Jacob “JC” Corlin

Partner & Regional Manager

Jacob “Charles” (JC) Corlin is a real estate services industry grizzled veteran. After working for NYC Expediting Consultants and at Joe Wasser & Co as senior NSPIRE assets manager, JC took his lifelong experience of representing landlords to the next level.

JC worked for a NSPIRE consultant, eventually taking his NSPIRE expertise and co-founding NSPIRE Experts. This journey that led him to co-found the industry leader in NSPIRE services has put him in a position to do what he does best – put smiles on the faces of property managers and landlords.

Matt Davidson

Partner & Regional Manager

Matt Davidson worked as senior asset manager for Rockford Holding’s 2500 apartments putting him in the thick of the hardest housing market in the nation: NYC rent stabilized multifamily (someone say the boogie down Bronx?). After a decade of successfully adding value to Rockford’s portfolio, Matt decided it was time to open a business that would allow him to be a superhero for landlords and property managers all day everyday.

Matt co-founded NSPIRE Experts and lives to shatter expectations. There is nothing more rewarding to him than rolling up his sleeves and whipping a property into shape.

Steve Corlin

Partner & Regional Manager

Highly skilled & experienced Regional Manager with expertise in HUD NSPIRE consulting services for both residential and commercial properties. Years of experience in the industry, Steve has a proven track record of guiding HUD-funded rental properties to achieve the best possible results.

Prior to his HUD NSPIRE work, Steve worked at Star Preservations, where he focused on the preservation and restoration of foreclosed homes. He provided banks with appraisals for work required to put vacated properties back on the market and supervised the refurbishing work till 2018. He is a results-driven professional who is committed to delivering exceptional service and satisfaction to all his clients.
